What's the Exchange Feature and how to track rewards?

Not sure if you can unlock your current Chest?

With the Exchange Feature, you can play it safe. You can swap your current progress bar for a smaller Chest if you're up for it.

• Feel free to use it whenever the option is available to you under 'PokerStars Rewards'.

In other words, you can downgrade if your current points target seems out of reach.

• This way, you'll grab the lower Chest straight away.
• Your next Chest will be easier to reach but less rewarding.

When is it possible to exchange?

To recap, our rewards program has these six levels with increasing value:

• Blue → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond → Black

As long as you're above the Blue and below the Black level, we might offer you an exchange.

• As soon as you see the option under 'PokerStars Rewards', you can use it, cashing in your progress on the spot.

How to track all your rewards

To track and manage all your assets, log in to your PokerStars account and go to the Promotions & Rewards (P & R) hub:

• Select 'My Rewards' to see your recent earnings under 'Chests'.
• Select 'PokerStars Rewards' to view your current progress and whether you can exchange.

Under 'My Rewards', there are more menus with your recent gifts and credits. No matter what reward info you're looking for, you'll find it here.

Outside of PokerStars Rewards, we have promotional or special Chests, not part of the loyalty program. For these, it's good to know:

• These are separate and determined by the conditions of the particular offer.
• You can also find them in the P & R hub, under 'My Rewards' and/or 'Challenges'.
