How New Year Series Lucky Dip works
- Play any New Year Series tournament to receive a random score between 1 and 1,000,000 – this is your Lucky Dip score! Your score will be assigned after you play your first hand.
- Check the Leader Board section to see your rank and the prizes that are up for grabs.
- Boost your chances of winning a top prize by playing more New Year Series tournaments. You’ll get a new random score for each tourney you play, but only your best score of the day will count.
- Log in daily to see if you've won!

What is being offered
Players who play New Year Series tournaments during the offer period, as specified below, will be assigned random Leader Board score for each tournament played and be in with a chance to win a share of $300,000 in New Year Series tickets.
When is the offer being conducted
This offer runs daily from 00:00 ET on January 1 until 00:00 ET on January 18, 2026. Each daily Leader Board starts at 00:00 ET and ends at 23:59 ET.
Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify
The offer is only available to any player who holds an active and verified real-money account with PokerStars.
New Year Series Lucky Dip Leader Boards can only be competed in by playing real money New Year Series tournaments, as specified below. Playing one New Year Series tournament will count as an attempt. Players are allowed unlimited number of attempts per day.
Upon each completed attempt, players will be randomly assigned a score between 1 and 1,000,000, and their highest score of the day will be submitted to the Leader Board for that day.
In the event of a tie, players with the same number of Leader Board points will be ranked based on when the last eligible New Year Series tournament was played for that Leader Board, from first to last.
Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game
Only categorized New Year Series tournaments with real money buy-in count for this offer. New Year Series tournament re-entries do not count towards this offer.
Any other type of tournament buy-in or New Year Series tournaments, such as New Year Series qualifiers, are excluded from this offer.
Claiming and redeeming the offer
At the end of each day, players on the New Year Series Lucky Dip Leader Boards will receive a reward, credited inside a Chest. Rewards are awarded as New Year Series tickets, Power Passes and Power Path tickets.
Chest expiry dates might vary. Players can check any Chests they have, alongside information on expiry dates and more by going to ‘My Rewards’ menu and selecting ‘Chests’.
New Year Series tickets can be used to register and play New Year Series tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.
New Year Series Main Event satellite tickets can be used to register and play New Year Series Main Event satellite tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.
Power Path Step 2 and Power Path Step 3 tickets can be used to register and play Power Path Step 2 and Power Path Step 3 tournaments respectively.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.
Tickets awarded as part of this offer have different expiry dates. Players can check any tournament tickets they have, alongside information on expiry dates and more by going to ‘My Rewards’ menu and selecting ‘Tournament Tickets’.
Power Passes awarded as part of this offer expire after 18 months.
Leader Board points will expire after the conclusion of the promotion and will hold no value.

Leader Board standings can be viewed in the Leader Board Window on the web (where available), on the app via smartphone or tablet, or via the downloadable client.
