Verdict

FINNHUGH (11) turned in his best run for a while last weekend when he hit the line well to grab second on his home track. That should top him off nicely after a couple of runs back from a freshen up and the fact he is backing up can be considered a positive. The maiden win of AHAB (1) was a long time coming, but he's in great hands and could go on with things now. EYES TO ME (9) was beaten a long way last start but was good first-up the start prior and he should be nearing peak fitness. KOYUGA BREEZE (6) is deep into the campaign now but is another coming through the 2100m race at Horsham last week and he'll be better for having that run under the belt. BERGASUN (2) was a good winner last time out, six weeks between runs, and looks to have more upside than most.
